PROGRAM NARRATIVE
OUTCOMES AND RESULTS

The Cape and Islands United Way uses Results Based Accountability (RBA) to develop, track and monitor outcomes/results for programs.  This framework asks three key questions.

  • How much did we do? (Quantity)

  • How well did we do it? (Quality)

  • Is anyone better off? (Impact)

This is how we measure impact. Impact is critical to program sustainability and helps us determine our investment.

Please select at least one quantity measure.
COLLABORATION

The Cape and Islands United Way is invested in making the most impact in our community.  We recognize that no one organization can change its entire community. Therefore, we promote and support using a collaborative approach among our non-profit, business and government partners.  We believe this multi-disciplinary approach to the challenges our community faces will have the greatest overall impact.
