All riders finish in Provincetown with a celebratory event.

ride for a cause!

The Cape and Islands United Way is thrilled to be a Second Summer Cycle beneficiary in this inaugural year – and we are inviting YOU to make a difference and ride with us!

100% of funds raised by riders will support our mission: working for a community where every child has an equal opportunity to thrive, every family has the resources to become self-reliant, and every person has a safe place to call home.

When you register, choose 'Cape and Islands United Way' as your fundraising charity from the dropdown menu. You can register as part of a team, or individually; all riders are expected to raise a minimum of $250 by September 15th.

The groups will have police escorts for the first and last riders. There will also be police at every significant intersection along the route with signage at all turns and volunteers assisting as well.

Water Stops

There will be stops every fifteen miles on the route, staffed with water, some type of nourishment, medical personnel and bike techs.

Refreshments and snacks will be served when the riders finish. At approx. 1 PM there will be a celebration with food trucks and Barnstable Brewing providing libation, for all (21 and over). Riders may have gear transported to Provincetown to allow them to change upon arrival.

Return Transportation

There will be bus transportation provided back to each of the starting spots for riders and their bikes.
