Interim leadership announced

Updated: May 22, 2018

We bid a fond farewell to Barbara Milligan as she embarks upon a new career. Barbara was the Cape and Islands Unite Way's President and CEO for four years, and is relocating to Woodstock, VT as the Associate Director of the Billings Farm & Museum.

During her tenure, Barbara worked tirelessly to ensure the solid foundation we have as an organization today. As the Board of Directors seeks a new candidate, there is strong leadership in place.  Beth Bowman will step up as Acting Director, in addition to her current role as Director of Community Impact. Rich Brothers, President of the Cape and Islands United Way from 1998 to 2012, is Acting Director of Fundraising, a position in which he is volunteering his time.
