Community Baby Shower – Sunday, May 19, 2024
If you want to see impact, join us at our annual Community Baby Shower where we host up to 100 moms, dads and families each year to make sure their baby gets everything they need. The event is hosted at Premier Companies Audi dealership in Hyannis.
In the spirit of a traditional baby shower, the Community Baby Shower gives low-income families a stronger start to parenthood by providing access to maternal and early childhood resources and many essentials to take home, such as diapers, wipes, clothing and car seats installed by officers from the Barnstable Police Department, helping out at the event.

Held at the Hyannisport Club and now in its 7th year, the Power of the Purse - hosted by Women United - brings women together in a celebratory environment to raise funds and awareness around program supporting women, children and families.
Each year the event includes a wonderful silent auction of purses, bags and accessories. It also includes raffles, passed appetizers, food stations and a cash bar. At the sixth annual event, Jen Villa from Live, Love, Local and the West End restaurant, was honored as the Woman of Impact. Lysetta Hurge Putnam, executive director of Independence House, the only domestic violence shelter on Cape Cod, was honored with the Community Spirit award.
We were witness to such incredible love and support for what it means to be #womenunited. Your generosity helps us embrace the women and families in our community and build better tomorrows! Who will be this year’s award recipients? Stay tuned. Tickets for the event will go on sale in the spring.

I found packing material supply near me locally, and it really helped streamline my move. High-quality boxes, bubble wrap, and packing tools made organizing and securing fragile items much easier than expected.
We need a garage extension to fit two cars and a workshop. I am vetting Home Addition Services Near Me to help with the design and permitting. Does the concrete slab for the garage need to cure for a specific amount of time before we can start framing the walls?
Finding a local dealer who pays fair rates for coins can be a nightmare. That’s why I’m considering the option to sell coins for cash online. I have a collection of pre-1964 silver quarters. Since these are junk silver, do I need to roll them before shipping, or can I just send them loose in a secure bag? I’d appreciate any tips on packing heavy coins safely.
Consistency is definitely key, and your post highlights that beautifully. It is easy to get motivated for a day, but keeping that momentum going is the real challenge. I often turn to resources like Hello Says to keep my mindset focused when things get tough. It is great to see other content creators emphasizing the importance of patience and long-term dedication.
We had a plumbing emergency that caused water damage in our bedrooms, and we needed to clear the furniture fast to rip up the carpets. We contacted removals and storage london for urgent help. The moving company london arrived the same day. They carefully removed the dry furniture and took it to storage, saving us thousands of pounds in potential water damage. Their quick response time was a lifesaver.
